You’d have to put a gun to my head to get me to watch Entertainment Tonight, but simply watching the news on WFAA it’s impossible to miss the damn previews. Today they were touting their exclusive feature of Tonya Harding returning to the ice (Exclusive!).
Tonya Harding!? WTF? Why is she even still around?
Jeeze, can you get any lower? She’s like school on Saturday… No Class!
Anyhow, her 15 minutes were over a long time ago, and she deserves to rot in obscurity.

Having had the misfortune of stumbling across a bit of the piece on Ms. Harding the other day, I can quickly dispense with the questions of her physical capabilities for a return to the rink, and get to my main point.
She truly believes that the figure skating world (and the ice shows in particular) will soon beat a path to her door in the quest of her “great ideas” for energizing and enlarging the fan base.
AND: She anticipates being well compensated for her ideas and experience.
Yeah, Tonya, good luck with that….
If anything, she deserves some more jail time. The sheer gall of these people takes my breath away at times. Instead of hiding in shame for her criminal acts, she’s out there promoting herself.
Nobody has any shame anymore.
