    Hmm, that’s actually pretty well-done character animation. Obviously a trained (or in-training) animator using a competent 3D software package. Subject matter is a little iffy, but dem’s de brakes. smile

    From what I could find, it was done by an advertising agency.  What they did it for I don’t know, though.
