I like the non-homemade kind. There’s 17,000 legal machineguns in WI. Number of felonies commited with legal machineguns in the US since the firearms act in the 30’s that outlawed them? 2. No shit. This is probably one of the most law abiding subsets in the world.
Good point. However, I’m hoping this shows that the courts are finally going to start cleaning up some of the Commerce Clause mess that allowed the feds to stick their nose into damn near everything (whether they really had the authority do to so or not).
This ruling makes that Sherline mill look better and better.
