Who Left The Heater Running?
So I get back home yesterday afternoon and have to turn on the air conditioner. Did someone miss that whole December memo?
And then it was 78° again today. Jeeze.

Dude, it’s 75. Nix the AC, just open a window.
I would if this house had decent airflow. I’d need an industrial fan to make this place comfortable when it gets above 70. It doesn’t help that I’m almost always hot, either. Over 70 I close the windows and turn on the A/C.
I like winter because I can use the natural outside temps to get it down to an acceptable temperature in here. [I slept with a window open most of the time I was in Colorado last week to give you an idea of the depths of my depravity. ]
I had it even worse in Cleveland last month. 75 degrees outside, sweltering in a big office building. “Can we get some more AC in here?”
“Oh, the AC isn’t on.”
“Can we get it turned on?”
“Oh, no, we can’t do that. It’s November.”
“You can’t turn on the AC becuase the calender said so?”
